In order to promote the safe and efficient management of laboratories and the tidiness and orderliness of scientific research sites, the rationalization of laboratory management is the basis for teaching, scientific research and services. On November 3, the laboratory management center of the college invited Lu Wenxuan, deputy director of the laboratory and equipment management office of the school, and teacher Zong Haiqing to introduce laboratory 6S management and information services for some experimental teachers.

First of all, Deputy Director Lu Wenxuan explained the concept and importance of laboratory 6S management. He pointed out that the main concept of 6S management is giving away is what you get, taking empty space is better. Each laboratory should adapt to local conditions and establish 6S management based on the characteristics of its own laboratory to make the environment cleaner, safer and more efficient.

Subsequently, Mr. Zong Haiqing gave a detailed introduction on how to achieve 6S management. 6S management is mainly divided into six stages: sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning, literacy and safety. It is necessary to establish various levels of implementation organizations to achieve laboratory 6S management.

At the same time, Mr. Zong also introduced the information services of Jiandaoyun in the enterprise WeChat, which mainly include the full life cycle control of hazardous chemicals, hazardous chemical warehouse management and laboratory gas management.

At the exchange meeting, the experimental teachers also conducted on-site exchanges on the 6S management precautions of the laboratory and how the Jiandao cloud service of the enterprise WeChat operates.

Through this activity, teachers in the laboratory management center of the college further clarified the purpose and significance of 6S management work, and laid a good foundation for the smooth progress of this work in the later period.
