Welcome to the College of Food Science and Technology!College of Food Science and Technology was founded in 1993, whose predecessor was the Department of Fishery Processing established in 1912, and later renamed as the Department of Food Science & Technology in 1986. The College of Food Science and Technology has now become highly academic-integrated in China with its characteristics of education, training and its strength of scientific research within the recent century. The mission of the college is to generate knowledge about foods through research, and to apply and disseminate knowledge through teaching and outreach. With the profession of aquatic product processing, food freezing and refrigeration, combining the disciplines of food science and engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering.
